“My artistic practice has been centered around deep listening for over 15 years. Deep listening does not mean just listening with your ears, but listening with the whole being, both inside and outside. My listening practice is inextricably linked to relaxation training. It is really hard to listen completely openly if our minds are attached to something. In other words, in my practice I practice sensitivity, the ability to perceive even smallest movements in the mind, while being aware of the special features of the space and shapes.”
