IDA HILLERUP HANSEN AND NADJA LEHAM:WORK-IN-PROGRESS – PLANNING PLEASURE LOVE DESIRE

– Do you remember when we went to that café? 
– By my sister’s place, yes?
– Yes, it was like a date, I felt it was like a date. Did you?
– I did too. 
– I sensed this tension, that we had planned it ahead and that we met and gave each other our full attention. 

Work-in-progress: PLANNING PLEASURE LOVE DESIRE is the first public performance of Hillerup Hansen’s and Leham’s collaborative project, which is taking place through Zoom and Whatsapp conversation. Work-in-progress uses basic BDSM principles to explore how planning and structuring can create accessibility to non-urgent pleasure and love, making friendship a space to investigate forms of connection.

ANA TEO ALA-RUONA, AMI KARVONEN AND ANNI PUOLAKKA:CLAY EROTICS – FOREST’S LAP

Clay Erotics: Forest’s Lap is an improvised speech act which fantasizes about clay as a lover. Three people and a pile of clay meet in Mustarinda on an August evening. They mold, embrace and penetrate each other. The clay gets to taste human bodies to its enjoyment. The foursome’s anatomic-pornographic adventure reveals new pathways of pleasure to them and within them.

Clay Erotics is a project by Ana Teo Ala-Ruona, Ami Karvonen and Anni Puolakka. Its first session took place in Wonderlust festival in 2019, and the recording was commissioned as part of Mustarinda’s 10-year anniversary festival.
